Sales Director

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in KSA . In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships within the Contact Center Solutions and BPO sectors . If you have a proven track record in sales, a passion for innovative solutions, and the ability to lead high-impact business development initiatives, we want to hear from you!


Job Purpose:


The Sales Director will play a key role in driving business growth and market expansion within the Contact Center Solutions and BPO sectors . This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and implementing revenue-driven strategies to maximize business success.


Additionally, the Sales Director will design tailored outsourcing solutions that align with client needs and industry trends, drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions, and enhance the company’s market positioning and competitive advantage in KSA ..


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans for contact center solutions, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across industries, building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in contact center innovations.


2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, solution-based selling, and long-term client acquisitions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development to secure high-value client commitments.


3. Client Relationship Management & Solution Selling

  • Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning contact center solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Design and propose innovative, client-centric solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.


4. Collaboration & Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure the seamless implementation of contact center solutions that meet client expectations and industry benchmarks.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize contact center operations, ensuring smooth solution integration and an enhanced customer experience.


5. Industry Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning

  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences, showcasing expertise in contact center solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities for contact center services.
  • Drive innovation by identifying new trends and technologies in contact center operations to enhance the company’s offerings.


6. Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and support junior business development team members to build internal capacity and foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology or digital solutions, including at least 5 years in the BPO sector, with a focus on business expansion, client management, and outsourcing solutions..
