We are seeking an experienced Probate &amp; Trust Administration Assistant to join our firm as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule &mdash; perfect for a stay-at-home parent, student, or retiree looking to earn additional income.You&rsquo;ll work directly with the attorney to support probate and trust administration cases from start to finish, helping ensure a smooth experience for our clients.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare probate and trust administration documents for attorney review and client signature</li><li>E-file documents with Florida courts</li><li>Draft and manage correspondence with the court, clerk, and clients</li><li>Communicate with clients through email, office management system (CLIO) and our VOIP phone system</li><li>Assist with gathering information, organizing files, and maintaining case records</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in Florida probate and/or trust administration required (2 years)</li><li>Familiarity with Florida e-filing system preferred</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities</li><li>Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently</li><li>Professional and compassionate client communication</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Independent contractor position &ndash; paid per project, depending on experience</li><li>Flexible workload and schedule</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>100% remote position &ndash; work from anywhere in Florida</li><li>Flexible schedule &mdash; work on your own time</li><li>Supportive and professional virtual law firm environment</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
