We are seeking an experienced Probate & Trust Administration Assistant to join our firm as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule — perfect for a stay-at-home parent, student, or retiree looking to earn additional income.

You’ll work directly with the attorney to support probate and trust administration cases from start to finish, helping ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare probate and trust administration documents for attorney review and client signature
  • E-file documents with Florida courts
  • Draft and manage correspondence with the court, clerk, and clients
  • Communicate with clients through email, office management system (CLIO) and our VOIP phone system
  • Assist with gathering information, organizing files, and maintaining case records

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Florida probate and/or trust administration required (2 years)
  • Familiarity with Florida e-filing system preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
  • Professional and compassionate client communication

Compensation:

  • Independent contractor position – paid per project, depending on experience
