We take pride in delivering quality work on time with superior customer service.Role Overview:We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital and traditional marketing strategy. You&rsquo;ll build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, SEO), and develop marketing materials tailored to the construction and engineering industries.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads for remodeling and civil engineering services</li><li>Manage and optimize Google Ads, Instagram/Facebook campaigns</li><li>Create content for website, email newsletters, social platforms</li><li>Track and report marketing performance (analytics, KPIs, ROI)</li><li>Support sales with proposal materials, client presentations, case studies</li><li>Build and maintain partnerships, SEO, and online presence</li></ul>*Required Experience:<ul><li>3+ years in marketing, preferably with construction, restoration, engineering, or related B2B services</li><li>Proven experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads)</li><li>Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills</li><li>Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) preferred</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Opportunity to lead marketing for a growing San Diego company</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment</li></ul>How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience in marketing for construction/engineering/restoration industries.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Happy hour</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA
