Marketing Manager — Construction & Engineering (San Diego, CA)

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital and traditional marketing strategy. You’ll build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, SEO), and develop marketing materials tailored to the construction and engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads for remodeling and civil engineering services
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Instagram/Facebook campaigns
• Create content for website, email newsletters, social platforms
• Track and report marketing performance (analytics, KPIs, ROI)
• Support sales with proposal materials, client presentations, case studies
• Build and maintain partnerships, SEO, and online presence

Required Experience:

• 3+ years in marketing, preferably with construction, restoration, engineering, or related B2B services
• Proven experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) preferred
