Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in supply chain management or related field preferred.</li><li>
Proven experience in inventory management or coordination, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment.</li><li>
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.</li><li>
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.</li><li>
Certification in inventory management or supply chain (e.g., CPIM, CSCP).</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Monitor and update inventory records daily to maintain accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to track incoming and outgoing shipments.</li><li>
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.</li><li>
Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast inventory requirements and adjust stock levels accordingly.</li><li>
Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.</li><li>
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, and obsolescence.</li><li>
Assist in the development and execution of inventory audits and compliance checks.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues promptly.</li></ul>
