Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for both company and event operations.</li><li>Manage vendor payments, staff payroll, and petty cash accounts.</li><li>Prepare profit &amp; loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.</li><li>Monitor and control event budgets and ensure expense alignment.</li><li>Handle invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups from vendors and sponsors.</li><li>Support in financial planning, auditing, and reporting to management.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and banks when required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of accounting experience in UAE (preferably in events, exhibitions, or hospitality).</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure during event operations.</li><li>Knowledge of VAT filing and compliance procedures.</li></ul>Employment Type:Full-time (on-site at the event and office as needed)Salary:Based on experience and performance (to be discussed during interview)Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
