Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for both company and event operations.
  • Manage vendor payments, staff payroll, and petty cash accounts.
  • Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor and control event budgets and ensure expense alignment.
  • Handle invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups from vendors and sponsors.
  • Support in financial planning, auditing, and reporting to management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and banks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in UAE (preferably in events, exhibitions, or hospitality).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure during event operations.
  • Knowledge of VAT filing and compliance procedures.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
