Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential buyers.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company policies and pricing structures.
  • Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the marketing team to enhance promotional efforts.
  • Assist clients with legal documentation, loan processing, and agreement formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
