Credentialing + Admin + Report Support Contractor (Oklahoma)Contract Part‑time Flexible hours Remote‑friendlyAbout the Role I am a small but growing behavioral health practice in Oklahoma seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented contractor who can support me with:<ul><li>Insurance credentialing</li><li>Diagnostic report preparation (non‑clinical sections)</li><li>General administrative tasks</li></ul>This is an excellent role for someone who is organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working independently. Hours will start small and grow as the practice expands.Responsibilities<ul><li>Complete and submit insurance credentialing and CAQH updates</li><li>Track payer applications and follow up as needed</li><li>Assist with assembling diagnostic reports (background sections, formatting, scoring summaries &mdash; no clinical diagnosing required)</li><li>Manage administrative tasks such as phones, scheduling support, document uploads, faxing, and communication follow‑ups</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with insurance credentialing is preferred but not required if you are highly organized and willing to learn</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills</li><li>Familiarity with behavioral health terminology is a plus</li><li>Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) systems</li><li>Reliable, self‑directed, and able to meet deadlines</li><li>Must reside in the U.S. (Oklahoma preferred but not required)</li></ul>Compensation$15&ndash;$22 per hour (contract, 1099) Rate depends on experience with:<ul><li>Credentialing</li><li>Behavioral health documentation</li><li>Administrative support</li></ul>Hours will begin at 5&ndash;10 hours per week with potential to increase as the practice grows.Schedule &amp; Work Environment<ul><li>Fully remote or hybrid</li><li>Flexible hours</li><li>Independent contractor role</li><li>Ideal for graduate students, credentialing specialists, or administrative professionals seeking flexible supplemental income</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Sallisaw, OK 74955
