About the Role: Eagles Point Security, a leading security services provider based in the USA, is hiring full-time Operations Center / Dispatchers to join our newly established Cairo-based support office in Naser City. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling backend operations, taking phone calls, logging activity, and generating reports in support of our US operations.We are looking for motivated individuals with strong English skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for working with diverse cultures and nationalities.
