English-Speaking Operations Center / Dispatcher (Naser City, Cairo)

About the Role:
Eagles Point Security, a leading security services provider based in the USA, is hiring full-time Operations Center / Dispatchers to join our newly established Cairo-based support office in Naser City. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling backend operations, taking phone calls, logging activity, and generating reports in support of our US operations.

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong English skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for working with diverse cultures and nationalities. This is a critical support role that offers growth potential and a long-term career path within a U.S.-based company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls from the U.S.
• Log incidents, activity, and shift reports accurately
• Communicate with field officers and supervisors
• Assist in coordinating operations and dispatching security personnel
• Maintain organized records and perform data entry
• Collaborate with a U.S. operations team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working with various software and reporting tools
• Passion for working in a cross-cultural, international setting
• Must be able to pass an interview with our U.S. headquarters HR team
• Immediate availability preferred
