Job Summary
The Sales Operation and CRM Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationship management (CRM) processes and improving operational efficiencies. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can effectively coordinate sales activities and assist in the development of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Collaborate with sales teams to streamline processes and improve sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of sales training programs.
- Coordinate sales meetings and prepare materials for presentations.
- Support the development of sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations or CRM management.
- Proven track record in supporting sales teams and driving operational efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Odoo CRM or any other sales operations system are a plus.
