Position Overview
We are looking for an HR Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. Working alongside Fatima, our HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR records by keeping accurate, up to date employee files including contracts, insurance forms, and benefits forms. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance, as well as administrative and office tasks, helping to maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Assist in managing employee records and maintaining HRIS (BambooHR) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the payroll and attendance process, ensuring timely and accurate processing in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and social insurance and medical insurance offices.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and assist in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Oversee daily office activities, including facility maintenance and working directly with vendors/suppliers.
  • Help coordinate office events, including team meetings, celebrations, and other gatherings, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Help coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist with HR reports, data entry, and HR metrics tracking.

What You Bring:

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proven experience organizing and working on insurance (social and medical) forms and with the insurance offices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace is an asset.
  • Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in the 5th Settlement New Cairo, Egypt.
