The job holder will serve as the primary HR focal point with employees, acting as the first line of support for all employees on-site. He/she will be responsible for addressing employees’ inquiries, requests, and concerns, while ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes and services.
Onboarding and Offboarding Operations

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, required logistics and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth clearance of employees.
Employee-related services & Benefits

Handle the delivery of daily benefits such as medical care services, transportation services, employee reservations, and mobile services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Track and report on employee attendance and leave records approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage business missions for employees, and handle hotel and flight reservations to ensure all travel arrangements are efficiently managed.
- Create and deliver various HR-related documents & certificates, including salary letters, experience certificates and other employee relations (ER) letters as needed.
- Handle employees' inquiries and requests through HRIS, employee voice platforms and direct communication channels
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Years of experience: From 3 to 5 as HR Generalist or Business Partner.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Knowledge in Ms Office.
