Senior HR Operations

PetroApp is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior HR Operations professional to enhance our HR team's efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing HR transactions, managing various HR systems, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will report directly to the HR Manager and will play a critical part in supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the HR processes related to employee payroll, benefits, medical insurance enrollment, claims and records management.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR transactions in various HR systems, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Administer all statutory and voluntary deductions, including social insurance, income tax, employee loans, and other deductions.
  • Act as a point of contact to resolve HR-related queries from employees and managers, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies, ensuring that necessary audits and reviews are conducted regularly.
  • Support data integrity and report generation from HR systems for management review, providing insights as needed.
  • Assist in the management of HR projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing HR operations and enhancing employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within a technical organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software (Odoo), or local systems).
