Role responsibilities:

  • Supports the People Experience department with all administration and/or coordination of People Experience functions, initiatives, and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files and maintain its confidentiality and security.
  • Generate People Experience data reports as required or as requested.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and handling different tasks.
  • Support on ad hoc department projects when required.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in administration/customer services, preferably within a People Experience Team
  • Knowledge of various HR systems/processes in general.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time.
  • Discretion, sound judgement and a genuine interest in pursuing a career to the delivery or People Strategy
  • Excellent administration skills, including in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Effective interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)


Education

  • Relevant experience and/or education in the Human Resource field
