We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Manager to lead and support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on managing the implementation and support of payroll processes in SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring accurate payroll execution, compliance with local regulations, and seamless integration with core HR and financial modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with HCM leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality payroll solutions while driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Payroll Configuration & Management:

Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules and processes.

Oversee the design and execution of payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, HCM leads, and functional teams to gather payroll requirements and validate payroll scenarios and calculations.

Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Data Management & Reconciliation:

Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Oversee the maintenance of payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance:

Lead and support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of payroll processes through rigorous testing and validation.
Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain comprehensive payroll documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and reporting templates.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:
