Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of children from infancy through preschool age. Your role will involve planning engaging activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and collaborating with parents to support each child's individual needs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning.</li><li>Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities.</li><li>Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate findings to parents or guardians.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a healthy learning environment.</li><li>Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall daycare experience for children.</li><li>Stay current on best practices in early childhood education, including first aid and special education strategies.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is essential.</li><li>Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in classroom management, behavior management, and caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial.</li><li>Knowledge of special education practices is a plus, particularly when working with students who have disabilities.</li><li>First aid certification is preferred but can be obtained after hiring.
