We are seeking a young Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations within our construction company. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records, compliance with regulations, and efficient handling of accounting processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and financial transactions</li><li>Handle day-to-day accounting operations</li><li>Prepare invoices and follow up on pending payments</li><li>Manage all banking-related activities and ensure timely payments</li><li>Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email</li><li>Maintain ledgers and manage fixed asset accounts</li><li>Handle petty cash and monitor cash flow</li><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Prepare and manage balance sheets and profit &amp; loss statements</li><li>Conduct audits of financial transactions and documents</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of financial data and maintain backups</li><li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations</li><li>Improve reporting procedures and internal controls</li><li>Analyze cost/benefit scenarios and feasibility for business decisions</li><li>Monitor budgets and revenue trends, preparing reports for management</li><li>Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards</li><li>Oversee procurement-related financial activities</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for purchasing equipment and services</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance or B.Com</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction company</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office specially Excel and QuickBooks (Desktop/Online)</li><li>Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy and confidentiality</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation DHA Phase IV, LahoreGender: MaleExperience:<ul><li>Similar: 2 years in Contruction Company.</li><li>Past working experience verification will be conducted.</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, FresherPay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
