Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant roles (FOH, BOH, operations, and support staff).</li><li>Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and agencies.</li><li>Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.</li><li>Ensure quick turnaround time in hiring for urgent and high-volume positions.</li><li>Conduct reference checks and employment verification for selected candidates.</li></ul>Workforce Planning<ul><li>Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements.</li><li>Maintain updated manpower reports and track open positions.</li><li>Build a pipeline of skilled candidates to reduce hiring delays.</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and induction schedule.</li><li>Ensure completion of documentation such as Aadhar, PAN, bank details, and compliance forms.</li><li>Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees at outlets.</li></ul>Employer Branding<ul><li>Represent the brand professionally while interacting with candidates.</li><li>Create job postings, recruitment campaigns, and social media hiring drives.</li><li>Attend job fairs or campus recruitments when required.</li></ul>HR Operations Support<ul><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.</li><li>Assist in employee engagement, coordination with payroll for new joiners, and HR admin tasks.</li><li>Support HR team during audits, training, and compliance checks.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Policies<ul><li>Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliance during hiring.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment.</li><li>Knowledge of restaurant job roles (FOH &amp; BOH).</li><li>Good negotiation and candidate assessment skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment portals &amp; applicant tracking.</li><li>Professionalism, urgency, and people-handling ability.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or F&amp;B industry.</li><li>Experience in mass hiring, bulk recruitment, or kitchen/restaurant staffing is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;31,594.55 per monthWork Location: In person
