Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant roles (FOH, BOH, operations, and support staff).
  • Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and agencies.
  • Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time in hiring for urgent and high-volume positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and employment verification for selected candidates.

Workforce Planning

  • Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain updated manpower reports and track open positions.
  • Build a pipeline of skilled candidates to reduce hiring delays.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and induction schedule.
  • Ensure completion of documentation such as Aadhar, PAN, bank details, and compliance forms.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees at outlets.

Employer Branding

  • Represent the brand professionally while interacting with candidates.
  • Create job postings, recruitment campaigns, and social media hiring drives.
  • Attend job fairs or campus recruitments when required.

HR Operations Support

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Assist in employee engagement, coordination with payroll for new joiners, and HR admin tasks.
  • Support HR team during audits, training, and compliance checks.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliance during hiring.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant job roles (FOH & BOH).
  • Good negotiation and candidate assessment skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment portals & applicant tracking.
  • Professionalism, urgency, and people-handling ability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Experience in mass hiring, bulk recruitment, or kitchen/restaurant staffing is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,594.55 per month
