Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand our global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.</li><li>Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent within the Renewable Energy Offshore Wind sector.</li><li>Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and our global clients.</li><li>Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.</li></ul> Skills/Requirements <ul><li>Experience as a 360 Contract Recruiter with a proven track record of success - ideally with a focus on roles within the Renewable Energy sector, particularly Offshore Wind.</li><li>Strong understanding of the energy/engineering sector and its talent landscape.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul> What We Can Offer You With the key values of Performance, Pace, Partnership, and Personality, EarthStream focuses on delivering excellence for our clients, candidates and colleagues.
