Job Overview We are excited to announce an opening for a Licensed Lawn Care Spray Technician who is passionate about maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying lawn care products, pest control solutions, and fertilizers to residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help clients achieve lush, vibrant lawns while ensuring safety and environmental responsibility. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills in lawn care, pest control, and landscape maintenance will shine.Duties<ul><li>Safely operate spray equipment, hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products.</li><li>Conduct thorough inspections of lawns and landscapes to determine treatment needs and develop tailored service plans.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during application processes to protect clients, team members, and the environment.</li><li>Drive company vehicles to various job sites while maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to traffic laws.</li><li>Communicate with clients to explain services performed, answer questions about lawn health, and recommend ongoing maintenance solutions.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, products used, and service schedules for each property.</li><li>Assist with general landscaping tasks using hand tools or farm equipment as needed to support overall property care.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in lawn care, pest control, farming, or landscaping with a strong understanding of agricultural practices.</li><li>Knowledge of land management techniques and the use of hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery.</li><li>Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently for transportation between job sites.</li><li>Familiarity with sales techniques to promote additional services or product sales to clients.</li><li>Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.</li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures meticulously.</li><li>Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
