In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying lawn care products, pest control solutions, and fertilizers to residential and commercial properties. Duties

• Safely operate spray equipment, hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products.
• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns and landscapes to determine treatment needs and develop tailored service plans.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during application processes to protect clients, team members, and the environment.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to traffic laws.
• Communicate with clients to explain services performed, answer questions about lawn health, and recommend ongoing maintenance solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, products used, and service schedules for each property.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks using hand tools or farm equipment as needed to support overall property care.

Skills

• Proven experience in lawn care, pest control, farming, or landscaping with a strong understanding of agricultural practices.
• Knowledge of land management techniques and the use of hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently for transportation between job sites.
• Familiarity with sales techniques to promote additional services or product sales to clients.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures meticulously.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
