Lawn Spray Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spray Technician/Chemical Applicator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying various chemicals to lawns, gardens, and landscapes to promote plant health, control weeds, and prevent pests and diseases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lawn spray applications to control pests and promote healthy growth.
• Assess customer lawns to determine treatment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
• Engage with customers to provide information and upsell additional services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pest control and lawn care techniques
• Strong sales skills to effectively promote services
• Familiarity with farming, landscaping, and agriculture practices
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various outdoor environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
