Now Hiring: Seasonal Landscape Crew Members (Start Now)

ROI Urban Designs is seeking motivated individuals to join our outdoor crew for the season. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on meaningful landscape and environmental projects throughout Detroit.

Position Details:

• Start Date: March 30
• Location: 7720 W. Chicago Blvd, Detroit, MI 48204, serving locations all over Metro Detroit.
• Pay: Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
• Performance Reviews: 30-day and 90-day reviews, with a $1/hour increase for strong performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Ages 18–35
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoyment of hands-on, outdoor work
• Equipment experience is preferred but not required

About the Work:
Projects may include historical restoration, stormwater management, private landscape design, pollinator gardens, and community-based initiatives, including work with The Congregation Detroit. This is a great opportunity to gain diverse, real-world experience in landscape design and environmental work.
