If you thrive in a busy office setting and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk duties, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Schedule appointments and service requests using calendar management tools</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information in systems like QuickBooks and Google Workspace</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking</li><li>Support office management activities such as organizing documents, proofreading correspondence, and managing office supplies</li><li>Coordinate communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery</li><li>Uphold excellent phone etiquette and clerical standards to foster positive client interactions</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office management or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience with a service software like Service Titan, Field Edge, Build Ops, Jobber etc. a plus</li><li>Experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk operations</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client needs</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent typing speed and attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks</li><li>Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, data entry, and calendar management is beneficial</li></ul>Join us as a Service Administrator and become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
