OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the construction and delivery of residential homes. This role will work closely with the Owner, Office Manager and Superintendent to coordinate scheduling, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and daily construction operations.The ideal candidate will have 1&ndash;2 years of residential construction experience, understand the home building process, and be comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment. Some commercial background is helpful but not required.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with managing residential construction projects from start to completion. Coordinate with Superintendent, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers</li><li>Help maintain construction schedules and track project progress</li><li>Assist with scheduling, inspections, and job documentation</li><li>Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company standards</li><li>Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and internal team members as needed</li><li>Help manage budgets, purchase orders, and material deliveries</li><li>Support problem-solving in the field and help resolve construction issues</li><li>Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance</li><li>Maintain organized project files and reporting</li><li>Other duties as needed</li></ul>Qualifications2+ years of residential construction experience preferredUnderstanding of residential building practices and construction sequencingAbility to work effectively with Superintendent, homeowners and subcontractorsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to read plans and construction documents preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plusSelf-motivated with strong attention to detailValid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportationCompensation$50,000.00- $55,000.00PTO and paid Holidays after probationary periodGrowth opportunities within the companyIf you are looking to grow your career with a company that values teamwork, quality, and professional development, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Youngsville, NC 27596
