Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the construction and delivery of residential homes. This role will work closely with the Owner, Office Manager and Superintendent to coordinate scheduling, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and daily construction operations.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of residential construction experience, understand the home building process, and be comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment. Some commercial background is helpful but not required.

Qualifications
2+ years of residential construction experience preferred
Understanding of residential building practices and construction sequencing
Ability to work effectively with Superintendent, homeowners and subcontractors
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read plans and construction documents preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
$50,000.00- $55,000.00
PTO and paid Holidays after probationary period
