Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready each day, and is committed to developing new skills.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule deliveries efficiently and accurately</li><li>Dispatch drivers and communicate updates as needed</li><li>Adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and drivers</li><li>Follow directions carefully while also providing clear direction when needed</li><li>Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments, meetings, and events using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks including invoicing and expense tracking</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring customer support standards are met or exceeded</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication</li><li>Willingness to learn and take initiative</li><li>Basic experience with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Maps</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment</li><li>Patient, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskStrong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse clients and team members</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills combined with strong time management and prioritization abilities.</li><li>Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling.
