The ideal candidate will handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and HR administrative tasks, supporting office operations and contributing to a positive work environment.Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable processes</li><li>Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, recordkeeping, and employee inquiries</li><li>Support general office operations and administrative tasks</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all duties</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in AR/AP, HR, and office administration</li><li>Experience working with ERP programs; familiarity with MIE Trak is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>This is not a remote role. This is a full-time onsite office-based position, which operates Monday through Friday.</li><li>Visual acuity (corrected) to utilize computer equipment.</li><li>Must be able to sit and work on a computer for extended periods of time.</li><li>Frequently uses both hands to grip, hold, and type.</li><li>Frequently required to sit, stand, talk, hear, bend and reach with hands and arms</li><li>This position may visit the manufacturing floor from time to time as needed.</li></ul>We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience.Please note this job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
