This is a rewarding opportunity to create a nurturing, organized, and engaging environment for children while becoming a trusted presence in the home.ScheduleThis position follows a rotating bi-weekly schedule:<ul><li>Week A: Thursday evening through Monday morning</li><li>Week B: Thursday evening through Saturday morning</li></ul>Candidates may live in full-time or reside in the home only during scheduled working days.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, positive, and organized caregiver who brings a calm and steady presence to the home. The ideal candidate is passionate about childcare, experienced with toddlers and young children, and committed to fostering a safe, structured, and loving environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive, compassionate care for young children (toddlers and preschool-aged)</li><li>Safely drive children to activities, school, and outings</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children</li><li>Assist with daily routines including dressing, bathing, naps, and playtime</li><li>Manage and maintain consistent bedtime routines</li><li>Sleep with a baby monitor and respond if children wake during the night</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities</li><li>Ensure strong pool safety awareness and supervision at all times</li><li>Prepare children&rsquo;s clothing and items for the following day</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment (children&rsquo;s laundry, tidying toys, etc.)</li><li>Keep children laundry clean and put away</li><li>Stay informed on weekend schedules and proactively communicate updates with dad</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and respond calmly in emergency situations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of professional childcare experience</li><li>Experience caring for toddlers and young children</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification</li><li>Clean driving record</li><li>Ability to live in during scheduled shifts (option to live in full-time if desired)</li><li>Comfortable around dogs</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate activities preferred</li></ul>Compensation: $52,000 per yearStart Date: Interviewing now for a May 1 startHow to Apply: Send a DM or email: etxnannies@gmail.comPay: $52,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
