We&rsquo;re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support our construction and service teams by keeping parts, tools, and materials organized, stocked, and moving efficiently to job sites across the East Texas area.

Schedule<ul><li>
Full-time</li><li>
Monday&ndash;Friday 7:00am-3:30pm</li><li>
Occasional overtime as needed</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Pull, stage, and load parts, tools, and materials for HVAC construction projects and service calls</li><li>
Load delivery trucks accurately for daily job site deliveries</li><li>
Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse</li><li>
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment</li><li>
Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts</li><li>
Make local deliveries using company vehicles as needed</li><li>
Communicate with field crews to ensure jobs are properly supplied</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Valid Texas driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>
Prior warehouse experience (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction preferred) Prior manager experience a plus</li><li>
Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment</li><li>
Experience handling materials, freight, and job-site supplies</li><li>
Ability to lift 50&ndash;75 lbs</li><li>
Inventory or cycle count experience is a plus</li><li>
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude</li><li>
HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience is a plus (not required)</li></ul>

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Longview, TX.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Meet with residential customers to assess their HVAC needs</li><li>
Design and recommend customized heating and cooling solutions</li><li>
Prepare and present clear, professional proposals and estimates</li><li>
Close sales and manage projects from initial consultation to completion</li><li>
Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business</li><li>
Stay current on HVAC products, technology, and industry trends</li><li>
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
2+ years of residential HVAC sales or in-home sales experience</li><li>
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at once</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience reading blueprints or technical documents</li><li>
Light commercial sales experience</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or estimating software</li></ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>
Base salary up to $60,000 (based on experience)</li><li>
On-target earnings (OTE): $100,000+</li><li>
Uncapped earning potential</li></ul>
