East Texas Refrigeration (ETR), serving the Longview area for over 45 years, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy working directly with homeowners, solving problems, and closing deals, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term, high-earning career.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Longview, TX.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with residential customers to assess their HVAC needs
• Design and recommend customized heating and cooling solutions
• Prepare and present clear, professional proposals and estimates
• Close sales and manage projects from initial consultation to completion
• Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business
• Stay current on HVAC products, technology, and industry trends
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC sales or in-home sales experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at once
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

• Experience reading blueprints or technical documents
• Light commercial sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or estimating software

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $60,000 (based on experience)
• On-target earnings (OTE): $100,000+
• Uncapped earning potential
