Job Title: Operations Manager (Remote) &ndash; Machinery Fabrication SalesJob Type: Full-time, RemoteAbout the Role: We are a fast-growing metal fabrication machinery business specializing in brokering new and used equipment. We are looking for a high-energy, organized &quot;right-hand&quot; Operations Manager to take over daily administrative, logistics, and marketing tasks, allowing the owner to focus exclusively on high-level client relationships.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with technical logistics, managing a CRM, and appearing on camera for social media content.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>CRM &amp; Outreach: Maintain our CRM (HubSpot), log all communications, and conduct proactive daily outreach to leads and past clients.</li><li>Sales Support: Generate professional equipment quotes, manage customer email correspondence, and qualify incoming leads.</li><li>Logistics Coordination: Obtain freight quotes for heavy machinery, coordinate with riggers, and manage shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Financial Admin: Handle light bookkeeping (QuickBooks), including invoicing, tracking payments, and vendor compliance.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Social Media: Manage our social media presence, write email marketing newsletters, and appear on camera to help film/present machinery content.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years in operations, administrative management, or sales support (industrial/manufacturing experience is a major plus).</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and bookkeeping tools (QuickBooks).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable being the &quot;face&quot; of the brand in short-form video content.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex shipping logistics.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Fully remote work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to play a foundational role in a growing business.</li><li>Direct impact on business growth and strategy.</li><li>Note: We do not currently offer health insurance, but a monthly stipend for private coverage is negotiable for the right candidate.</li></ul>HOW TO APPLY (REQUIRED): To be considered, please submit your resume along with a 1-minute video introduction.
