Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager (Remote) – Machinery Fabrication Sales

About the Role:
We are a fast-growing metal fabrication machinery business specializing in brokering new and used equipment. We are looking for a high-energy, organized "right-hand" Operations Manager to take over daily administrative, logistics, and marketing tasks, allowing the owner to focus exclusively on high-level client relationships.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with technical logistics, managing a CRM, and appearing on camera for social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM & Outreach: Maintain our CRM (HubSpot), log all communications, and conduct proactive daily outreach to leads and past clients.
• Sales Support: Generate professional equipment quotes, manage customer email correspondence, and qualify incoming leads.
• Logistics Coordination: Obtain freight quotes for heavy machinery, coordinate with riggers, and manage shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Financial Admin: Handle light bookkeeping (QuickBooks), including invoicing, tracking payments, and vendor compliance.
• Marketing & Social Media: Manage our social media presence, write email marketing newsletters, and appear on camera to help film/present machinery content.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in operations, administrative management, or sales support (industrial/manufacturing experience is a major plus).
• Proficiency in CRM software and bookkeeping tools (QuickBooks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable being the "face" of the brand in short-form video content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex shipping logistics.
