The role involves assisting with board processes, maintaining statutory records, and handling corporate governance documentation.Key Responsibilities1. Statutory &amp; Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable corporate laws</li><li>Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with regulatory authorities</li><li>Maintain statutory registers and company records</li></ul>2. Board &amp; Committee Support<ul><li>Assist in organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings</li><li>Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions</li><li>Ensure timely circulation of meeting documents and follow-up on action points</li></ul>3. Corporate Governance<ul><li>Support implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures</li><li>Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies and codes of conduct</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of governance matters</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintain minutes books, statutory registers, and compliance calendars</li><li>Draft routine secretarial documents, agreements, and correspondence</li><li>Assist in due diligence, audits, and inspections</li></ul>5. Shareholder &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Handle routine shareholder queries</li><li>Assist with share transfers, dividends, and related documentation</li><li>Coordinate with registrars, auditors, and legal advisors</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
