 We are seeking a
 
 full-time Social Media Content Creator
 
 who can produce
 
 consumer-focused, camera-first content
 
 &mdash;the kind that feels like a conversation, not an ad. This role is ideal for someone who can showcase fashion and lifestyle
 
 products, brand story, and community impact
 
 while driving engagement across social media platforms.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create daily, relatable video content (reels, TikToks, short videos) that speaks directly to consumers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) content showing packaging, order preparation, dispatch, and day-to-day brand operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce content introducing new product launches, highlighting comfort, style, and fit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop informative and educational content around intimate wear, styling, care tips, and customer FAQs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all content reflects brand's voice: warm, approachable, confident, and consumer-focused.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with audience comments and community feedback to strengthen connections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute a consistent content calendar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on social media trends and creative ideas to continuously improve content quality.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Comfortable speaking on camera and creating personality-driven content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in shooting, editing, and using social media tools (Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories).
 </li>
 <li>
 Creativity and understanding of female consumer audiences in fashion and lifestyle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create content that is authentic, relatable, and community-focused.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive mindset&mdash;bringing new ideas, experimenting with trends, and suggesting improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content creation is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Photography/videography or design skills are a bonus.
 </li>
