Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads. This role requires a multi-skilled professional with expertise in:

  • SEO
  • Content strategy
  • Paid advertising (PPC)
  • Social media marketing
  • Design & video content creation

You will play a key role in positioning InformaticsLab as a trusted AI and software development partner globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Strategy
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate qualified B2B leads
  • Build and optimize funnels for AI solutions, software development, and consulting services
  • Identify target audiences and define ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)
  • ⁠ ⁠SEO & Organic Growth
  • Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
  • Perform keyword research focused on AI, SaaS, and software services
  • Improve website rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Manage blog strategy and optimize existing content
  • ⁠ ⁠Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTokAds
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
  • Manage budgets and improve ROI (ROAS, CPL, CAC)
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
  • ⁠ ⁠Content Creation & Marketing
  • Create high-quality content including:
  • Blogs, landing pages, and case studies
  • Social media posts
  • Email campaigns
  • Align content with AI, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions
  • ⁠ ⁠Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow company presence on:
  • LinkedIn (primary focus for B2B)
  • Facebook & Instagram
  • Build brand authority and engagement
  • Execute campaigns for awareness and lead generation
  • ⁠ ⁠Design & Video Editing
  • Create engaging marketing creatives:
  • Social media graphics
  • Ad creatives
  • Explainer videos
  • Edit videos for campaigns, reels, and promotional content
  • ⁠ ⁠Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track KPIs such as:
  • Leads generated
  • Conversion rates
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Use tools like:
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console
  • Ad platform dashboards
  • Generate reports and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B or tech companies

Strong Expertise In

  • SEO (technical + content)
  • PPC advertising
  • Social media marketing
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads & Analytics
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Proficiency In

  • Graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or software development industry
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of UI/UX and landing page optimization
