SEO Specialist

TDM is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to manage and execute SEO strategies for multiple client projects across different industries. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end SEO—from research to execution and reporting—while maintaining clear communication and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Manage SEO campaigns for websites

⁠ ⁠Perform in-depth keyword research based on client niches and goals

⁠ ⁠Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

⁠ ⁠Conduct website audits and provide actionable recommendations

⁠ ⁠Execute link-building campaigns and outreach strategies

⁠ ⁠Monitor performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and optimize accordingly

⁠ ⁠Prepare and present monthly SEO reports for clients

⁠ ⁠Communicate with internal teams or clients when required

⁠ ⁠Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Proven experience in handling SEO for multiple clients or agencies

⁠ ⁠Strong grip on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and reporting skills

⁠ ⁠Good communication skills (especially for client reporting)

Preferred Skills

⁠ ⁠Experience in international SEO (UK/US markets preferred)

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business optimization

⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms

⁠ ⁠Experience with content planning and SEO-driven content strategy
