SEO Executive (Search Growth Specialist)

Location: Office #210, Defence Rd, LDA Avenue Phase 1, Lahore

Timing: 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday – Sunday)

Compensation: 40k – 65k PKR

The Mission

We are looking for result-oriented SEO Executives to execute the heavy lifting of our organic search campaigns. You will work directly under the SEO Manager to implement on-page changes and drive high-authority backlink campaigns. If you live and breathe search rankings and know how to move the needle, this is for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Off-Page Dominance: Execute aggressive link-building strategies, including guest posting, niche edits, and broken link building.
• On-Page Implementation: Optimize Meta titles, descriptions, H1-H6 tags, and image Alt text across various CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
• Keyword Tracking: Monitor daily rankings and performance using tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports focusing on traffic growth and backlink acquisition.
• Competitor Monitoring: Keep a constant eye on competitor backlink profiles and content updates.

Who You Are

• The Practitioner: 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience. We value "results achieved" over years on a resume.
• Tool Proficient: Comfortable navigating Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
• Technical Intuition: You understand the basics of how search engines crawl and index pages.
• Persistent: You aren't afraid of outreach and know how to secure high-quality placements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in white-hat link-building techniques.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to SEO.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 6-day work week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
