Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media, Paid Ads & Web Development Expert | 2–3 Years Experience

We are urgently hiring a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of professional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are experts in paid advertising, social media growth, and online brand development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complete digital marketing operations, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content creation, and basic web development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns
• Generate leads and improve ROI through performance marketing strategies
• Handle SEO (on-page & off-page) to improve website ranking
• Create and edit high-quality content (videos, posts, ads creatives)
• Maintain and update websites (WordPress or similar platforms)
• Track analytics, prepare reports, and improve campaign performance
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms
• Basic web development skills (WordPress preferred)
• Good video editing and content creation skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000/month (final package will be decided after interview based on skills and experience)
