Who We Are123 Publishing House is a leading global brand in the production, marketing, and sales of children&rsquo;s books and innovative educational toys, with an active distribution network across Europe, Canada, Australia, the United States, the GCC countries, and many Arab markets.With over 25 years of experience, we develop high-quality educational solutions including:educational books, interactive learning tools, educational toys, and school supplies.Our products are sold through authorised distributors, major bookstores, schools, and multiple sales platforms worldwide.Why This Opportunity?We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to support our international expansion and strengthen our presence in local and regional markets within a strong global sales network.You will be part of an organisation that delivers valuable educational products to millions of children around the world every day.Your Duties:<ul><li>Develop business and build relationships with bookstores, distributors, schools, and educational institutions.</li><li>Execute field marketing activities (visits, meetings, and live product presentations).</li><li>Support digital marketing efforts in coordination with the marketing team and follow up on leads from online channels.</li><li>Manage and grow existing accounts and convert them into long-term partnerships.</li><li>Deliver professional presentations of the company&rsquo;s products.</li><li>Prepare and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.</li><li>Analyse market trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, quotations, and commercial proposals.</li></ul>Who We Are Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, field marketing, and digital marketing:</li><li>10+ years for Sales Manager positions.</li><li>5+ years for Sales Representative positions.</li><li>Experience in selling and marketing books, educational resources, or educational toys.</li><li>University degree (Bachelor&rsquo;s or higher &ndash; Master&rsquo;s is an advantage).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Valid driving license.</li><li>Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated personality.</li><li>Genuine passion for education and child development.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive basic salary based on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Attractive performance-based commissions.</li><li>Opportunity to work within a global sales and distribution network.</li><li>Professional, motivating, and supportive work environment.</li><li>Continuous training on products and markets.</li></ul>Be part of a team that spreads knowledge&hellip; and builds future generations!Job Type: Full-time
