Why This Opportunity?

We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to support our international expansion and strengthen our presence in local and regional markets within a strong global sales network.

You will be part of an organisation that delivers valuable educational products to millions of children around the world every day.

Your Duties:

  • Develop business and build relationships with bookstores, distributors, schools, and educational institutions.
  • Execute field marketing activities (visits, meetings, and live product presentations).
  • Support digital marketing efforts in coordination with the marketing team and follow up on leads from online channels.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver professional presentations of the company’s products.
  • Prepare and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Analyse market trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, quotations, and commercial proposals.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, field marketing, and digital marketing:
  • 10+ years for Sales Manager positions.
  • 5+ years for Sales Representative positions.
  • Experience in selling and marketing books, educational resources, or educational toys.
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher – Master’s is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated personality.
  • Genuine passion for education and child development.
