What we will achieve together :

We will strengthen our presence in the traditional trade market by developing strong partnerships with traders and enhancing product availability.

You will help drive sales growth by ensuring proper stock levels, improving product displays, and identifying new business opportunities.
By managing your route efficiently and maintaining strong communication with shop owners, we will strengthen our brand position and achieve our sales targets.

Job Requirement & Competencies

Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, with a strong background in Small Domestic Appliances, Cookware, and the traditional trade sector.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to influence shop owners to increase stock levels and optimize product displays.

Physical Stamina: Capable of driving for extended periods, visiting multiple outlets daily, and effectively managing stock distribution.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan and manage daily routes efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

English Proficiency: Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
