Sales Growth Assistant — Nourish & Co (New Cairo)

Nourish & Co is a premium meal prep subscription company delivering fresh healthy meals daily across Cairo. We are growing and we are looking for one specific person to help us build and run our sales operation.

This is a hybrid role — part from home, part in the field in New Cairo and Tagamou3.

What this role actually is:

You will work directly with the founder and be trained on the complete Nourish & Co sales system from A to Z. You will learn how we sell, who we target, and how we operate. Then you will run it. This is not just a sales job — you will eventually be managing the full sales process and the people in it.

What you will be doing day to day:

Working through lead sheets on Google Sheets that we provide. Sending outbound messages using scripts and templates we give you. Most importantly — calling potential customers. You will be on the phone regularly, having real conversations with people, building relationships, and converting interest into subscriptions. Following up, tracking everything on the sheet, and keeping the pipeline clean and moving.

Who we are looking for:

You live in New Cairo or Tagamou3. You own a laptop. You are a natural on the phone — talking to strangers does not scare you, it excites you. You know how to read a conversation and say the right thing at the right time. You are truthful and honest — you never oversell or lie to close. You are organized, responsive on WhatsApp, and you do not go quiet. You are humble, coachable, and want to grow into running a full sales team.

The terms:

Month 1 is an unpaid trial period. This is where we train you fully, work side by side, and make sure we are the right fit for each other. We invest in you — you invest your time and effort.

Starting Month 2: 10,000 EGP base salary plus bonuses and commissions for every new subscriber and corporate account you bring in. As you grow into managing reps your earning potential grows with you. No ceiling.

What you need:

• Based in New Cairo or Tagamou3
• A laptop — mandatory
• Comfortable and confident making phone calls
• Honest and truthful — always
• Always on WhatsApp and highly responsive
• Arabic fluent — English is a strong plus
• Humble, organized, and wants to grow into leadership
