This is a leadership track.The OpportunityYou will work directly with the Founder and be trained on the complete Nourish &amp; Co sales system from A to Z:<ul><li>Who we target</li><li>How we position</li><li>How we convert</li><li>How we retain</li><li>How we build long-term customer value</li></ul>Once trained, you will take ownership of running the entire sales pipeline &mdash; and as we scale, you will grow into managing sales representatives under you.If you perform, your income grows. There is no ceiling.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing Daily<ul><li>Working through qualified lead sheets (Google Sheets CRM system)</li><li>Sending outbound messages using proven scripts and frameworks</li><li>Making daily phone calls to potential customers</li><li>Having real conversations &mdash; not robotic selling</li><li>Building trust and relationships</li><li>Converting interest into paid subscriptions</li><li>Following up consistently and professionally</li><li>Keeping the pipeline clean, organized, and updated</li><li>Reporting directly to the founder</li></ul>This role requires real phone communication. You will be speaking to strangers daily.Who We Are Looking ForYou are:<ul><li>Based in New Cairo or Tagamou3</li><li>Comfortable working hybrid (home + field)</li><li>A natural communicator on the phone</li><li>Confident speaking to strangers</li><li>Emotionally intelligent &mdash; you know how to read people</li><li>Honest &mdash; you never oversell or lie to close</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Extremely responsive on WhatsApp</li><li>Coachable and open to feedback</li><li>Hungry to grow into a leadership role</li><li>Fluent in Arabic (English is a strong plus)</li><li>Owner of a laptop (mandatory)</li></ul>You want responsibility.
