The ideal candidate will be a storyteller with a keen eye for detail, capable of transforming raw footage and static designs into compelling visual narratives. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency in video editing and artistic skill in motion graphics design.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Video Editing &amp; Production:</li><li>Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality finished products for various platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, TV commercials, internal corporate videos).</li><li>Manage the entire video editing process, from reviewing raw footage to adding music, sound effects, dialogues, graphics, and special effects.</li><li>Ensure logical sequencing and smooth, seamless flow of the video, maintaining brand consistency and meeting project objectives.</li><li>Work with audio mixing, color correction, and color grading to enhance the overall quality of the video.</li><li>Optimize and export video content for different formats and platforms, ensuring optimal quality and file size.</li><li>Motion Graphics &amp; Animation:</li><li>Conceptualize, design, and create captivating 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to be used in videos and other digital content.</li><li>Develop and implement branded motion graphics, including intros, outros, lower thirds, and on-screen text animations.</li><li>Create storyboards and mockups to visualize and communicate concepts before production.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Workflow:</li><li>Collaborate closely with the creative director, marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and creative vision.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Organize and maintain a clean and efficient asset library for video and graphic files.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, motion graphics techniques, and software advancements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a diverse range of projects.</li><li>Expert proficiency in industry-standard software:</li><li>Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics and visual effects)</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro (for video editing)</li><li>Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (for graphic design assets)</li><li>[Optional: Mention other relevant software like Cinema 4D, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, etc., as a plus or requirement depending on the role.]</li><li>Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and file management.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, a creative eye, and a strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>[Optional: Mention educational background, e.g., Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.]</li></ul>To ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio or showreel.
