Nourish meals is a premium meal prep subscription food tech company delivering fresh, high-quality, healthy meals daily across Cairo. We serve ambitious professionals who value performance, health, and convenience.

We are growing fast — and we are now hiring one high-potential individual to build and run our sales operation directly alongside the founder.

This is not a typical sales job.
This is a leadership track.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with the Founder and be trained on the complete Nourish & Co sales system from A to Z:

• Who we target
• How we position
• How we convert
• How we retain
• How we build long-term customer value

Once trained, you will take ownership of running the entire sales pipeline — and as we scale, you will grow into managing sales representatives under you.

If you perform, your income grows. There is no ceiling.

What You’ll Be Doing Daily

• Working through qualified lead sheets (Google Sheets CRM system)
• Sending outbound messages using proven scripts and frameworks
• Making daily phone calls to potential customers
• Having real conversations — not robotic selling
• Building trust and relationships
• Converting interest into paid subscriptions
• Following up consistently and professionally
• Keeping the pipeline clean, organized, and updated
• Reporting directly to the founder

This role requires real phone communication. You will be speaking to strangers daily.

Who We Are Looking For

You are:

• Based in New Cairo or Tagamou3
• Comfortable working hybrid (home + field)
• A natural communicator on the phone
• Confident speaking to strangers
• Emotionally intelligent — you know how to read people
• Honest — you never oversell or lie to close
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Extremely responsive on WhatsApp
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Hungry to grow into a leadership role
• Fluent in Arabic (English is a strong plus)
• Owner of a laptop (mandatory)

Compensation Structure

Month 1 – Trial & Training Period (Unpaid)

• Full hands-on training
• Work side by side with founder
• Deep immersion in our sales system
• Evaluation period to ensure mutual fit

We invest our time and knowledge into you.
You invest your effort and commitment.

Starting Month 2:

• 10,000 EGP base salary
• commission on recruiter per new subscriber from there side.
• Growth into Sales Team Management
• Unlimited earning potential as you scale the team
