Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales conversations with potential customers via phone calls.
- Engage customers by asking questions and actively listening to their needs.
- Generate repeat sales by understanding and addressing customer requirements.
- Gather and document customer information, payment details, purchases, and feedback on various training programs.
- Stay updated on all available training programs and inform customers about new offerings.
- Provide answers to customers' inquiries regarding EYouth Learning programs and handle objections effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and demonstrate strong sales ability.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience in handling rejection and managing stress during customer interactions.
- Sales experience in the education field is considered a plus.
