Telesales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales conversations with potential customers via phone calls.
  • Engage customers by asking questions and actively listening to their needs.
  • Generate repeat sales by understanding and addressing customer requirements.
  • Gather and document customer information, payment details, purchases, and feedback on various training programs.
  • Stay updated on all available training programs and inform customers about new offerings.
  • Provide answers to customers' inquiries regarding EYouth Learning programs and handle objections effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and demonstrate strong sales ability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and managing stress during customer interactions.
  • Sales experience in the education field is considered a plus.
